Valve-Remover for Single- and Dual Wheels

It was very problematic to fill dual wheels with a sealant at trucks, transporters and busses till now. The outer wheel had always to be removed because the valve necks were not attainable.

The valve neck of the inside dual wheel was too far away.
The valve neck of the outside dual wheel is directed to the middle.

The completely new valve-remover-system of Premium-Seal Repair solves the problem exemplarily. Without wheel removal the valve cores of both dual wheels can be turned out and in for the application from PS-Repair. The concept is exclusively available at Premium Vertriebs GmbH since it was registered worldwide to the legal protection at the Patent Office.

Valve-Remover for Single- and Dual Wheels

The handling of the valve-remover is very simple:

The Set contains a long valve-remover.
It can be used for normal single-wheels as well.
To fill the inner dual wheel remove prolongation piece of valve-neck.
Stick valve-remover (long version) through opening of the rim of external dual wheel and screw it tight onto the valve neck of the inner dual wheel.
Turn the notch of the valve-remover with light pressure until the valve will stick into the holder;
Turn the notch to the left until the valve-core is dismantled from the valve-neck: you can hear a light crack;
Pull the valve-core to the end of the remover. If the core cannot be seen, repeat procedure
Fill in PS-Repair;
Push back valve-core into valve-neck and turn right to tighten the core;
Take care of instructions.

Air-Pressure-Hose with Manometer for Vehicles with On-Board-Compressor

Trucks and buses are equipped standardly with On-Board-Compressor and 10m- Air-Pressure-Hose without Manometer. However a manometer is necessary for a proper air filling.

So that the air pressure is always correct Premium-Seal Repair offers a 10 metre prolongation hose with manometer optionally.

It can be used

in case of a puncture to fill the tyre
for regular air-pressure-control if no manometer is availlable
