11/2008 REACH-Regulation
Purgeable chemical products have to be pre-registrated at the ECHA in Helsinki until November 30th, 2008. If this pre-registration cannot take place the respective products are not allowed to be sold within the European Union from January 1st, 2009.

The German manufacturer PREMIUM-SEAL Chemie GmbH has met all requirements with its product. The product PREMIUM-SEAL with all its relevant components are in accordance with the requirements of the EU-regulation 1907/2006 (REACH-Regulation).

The pre-registration took place. The product PREMIUM-SEAL AIO "Made in Germany" is permitted to be sold in Europe furthermore.

10/2008 Introduction on the market of tyre sealant PREMIUM-SEAL Prevent "Made in Germany" for motor trucks and construction vehicles

PREMIUM-Prevent is concentrating 3 positive characteristics in even one product only:

• assistance at unbalance
• assistance at stealthy loss of pressure
• assistance at punctures through foreign objects up to 10 mm

and thus provide for cost reduction and for additional safety to traffic.

06/2008 DEKRA-Test (Passenger Car and Delivery Van) PREMIUM-SEAL "Made in Germany"
After an extensive research and development DEKRA was able to successfully test the tyre-sealant PREMIUM-SEAL AIO on a passenger car (AUDI A6) and a delivery van (Mercedes Benz Sprinter) for the first time.

06/2008 Outsourcing within Europe
With immediate effect PREMIUM-SEAL is using security-relevant modules which are produced in Europe only. During Reifen 2008 trade fair in Essen PREMIUM-SEAL had separated from its Australian sealant-manufacturer. Now the new tyre-sealant PREMIUM-SEAL AIO is  produced by PREMIUM-SEAL Chemie GmbH in Germany. Further components are coming from Italy and France. The assembly of the product is also made in Germany. PREMIUM-SEAL puts the focus on the fact to deliver European goods which are controllably safe onto the European market. Thus new jobs have been developed and the quality management has been improved.
